My account on the image hosting website that I used to use has expired and so there's a dumb watermark on all my fic banners now. I noticed when I started moving some fics over to AO3. I'm actually kinda proud of those graphics and I think it's always fun to have a banner to go along with your fic - sort of like having a cover on a book. So I've been moving the banners to another host and updating them here when I move a fic over there, and my fanfic masterpost is starting to look a little better now even though I haven't updated them all yet. Anyway, I was thinking the next fic I move will probably be Dining In, a spangel foodkink pwp where Spike has himself prepared as a dessert for Angel to eat, and I realized that I never actually made a banner for that story. So I just made one! And I wanted to share because I manipped Angel wearing a tuxedo with the bowtie untied, and that is hot.

I remember that I used to have a goal of making a banner for every fic I wrote and having them all in my masterpost, so now that I have a minute to mess around with things, it's nice to be able to do a project I'd always meant to do. I still have more fics without banners of course, but this is a step toward what I'd originally envisioned. :)

Now I just wish I could figure out how to replace the images in my theme. It looks like no one has signed into this LJ in years, heh.

Ah Yes - I Remember It Well

Now I’m just commenting on a few things that I apparently missed. I am thinking how funny it is that while I couldn’t remember most of the details of what happened in that Angel episode that you were making notes about in the last entry I commented on — I can still remember almost every detail of anything you wrote that I loved!

Also I’m just thinking about how much I feel like all of the stories you wrote for FeedMyKink were actually for me lol. Which is probably because the whole reason we started that was so we could have our kinks fed. And while there were certainly plenty of fine fics that got posted there — I was really always just waiting to read what you wrote. That was the beauty of it in the beginning. Instead of searching around for something that scratched the itch all you had to do was request it and sit back and wait!

It was such a good idea for a community! Too bad I got so lazy about maintenance...

And you ALSO wrote stuff for me, which made it kind of perfect while it lasted. So um. If you wanna write stuff for me again, feel free? :D

I always loved writing things for someone. It’s really a gift that keeps on giving. 🥰
